For a large party, all three houses including exclusive use of the pool and gardens. Total prices from 1150 – 1800 euros per week.
Notes on prices.
- Children of less than 5 years of age are charged at half price.
- A fold down single bed is available for an extra person, charged at half the listed price.
- Extra person/s using the futon in Casita Buho Real charged, at half the listed price.
- One baby requiring a cot is free of charge as is the high chair, stair gate and baby bath.
- There is a minimum charge for Casa Algarrobo for under occupancy of 300 euros per week. (Peak season 600 euros)
- A non – refundable deposit of 200 euros p.w. for Casa Algarrobo and 100 euros p.w. (or equivalent in pounds sterling) for Casitas Gorrion and Buho Real is required to confirm your booking within two weeks of a provisional booking being made by phone or e-mail. See Contact Us Page for details.
- Balance to be paid in euros on the day of arrival.
- All breakages must be paid for in euros.
- Please ensure that you have adequate personal and travel insurance and also EHIC for E.U citizens.
- Change over day usually Saturday. Arrivals after 5 p.m. Departures before 11 a.m. Some flexibility may be possible by prior arrangement.
- Discounts are available for groups of more than 8 adults also for stays of more than two weeks.
- Overnight stays with breakfast packs (Minimum 2 nights). Please ask for rates.
- Casa Algarrobo. Winter long lets of 3 – 6 months are available at reduced rates. Sorry no pets. Please ask for rates.
- Casita Gorrion. Wood for the open fire is supplied weekly. Extra loads charged at 10 euros each.
- We trust your stay with us will be enhanced by the personal touch often lacking on other holidays. There is no charge for advice and recommendations or pre shopping for you. Welcome packs provided.
