Notes on prices.
Children of less than 5 years of age are charged at half the listed price. A fold down bed is available for an extra person charged at half the listed price as is the extra person/s using the futon in Casita Buho Real. One baby requiring a cot is free of charge as is the high chair, stair gate and baby bath.
There is a minimum charge for Casa Algarrobo for under occupancy of 300 pounds per week. ( High season 520 pounds p.w)
A non-refundable deposit of 200 pounds p.w. for Casa Algarrobo and 100 pounds p.w. for Casita Gorrion and Buho Real is requested to confirm your booking within two weeks of a provisional booking being made. Balance to be paid in Euros on arrival. All breakages must be paid for.
Discounts
Discount for more parties of more than 8 adults. Discount for lets in excess of two weeks. Overnight stays with breakfast packs are available.Please ask for more details.
Near to the pool area there is a shared utility room / w.c; an automatic washing machine, iron and board; pool toys, boules and lounger cushions.
